Workshop Plugin Sound Delta Nantes (November 23-26 2009)

In the frame of Sound Delta Project, and in collaboration with the regional School of Fine Arts of Nantes (ERBAN), REMU carried out different testings in Nantes (GPS prototype + Telecom Paris Tech compass, WiFi 811.N, etc).
For this occasion, Philip Griffiths (aka WPMG) led a workshop of sound creations of three days with the participation of a dozen of ERBAN’s students.
This work resulted in the sound walk presentation in the neighbourhood of the castle of the dukes of Brittany by the ERBAN and MU.

Retransmission’s exhibition

From Tuesday December 8th till Thursday December 17th 2009, was held in the gallery of the ERBAN, place Dulcie September 44000 Nantes « Retransmission 2 »’s exhibition. The exhibition combined works which the sound and plastic dimensions proposed meetings around themes such as the freedom of the public, the autonomy and the localisation of the work in a mediatised time. Among these works, Juliette Elie’s work, having resorts to the device Sound Delta Indoor, benefited from the help of Philip Griffiths (MU) and Olivier Guillerminet ( REMU).

Sound Delta, “esquisse d’une recherche en art” 

December 8th 2009, the House of the Human Sciences (MSH) Paris North, ERBAN and REMU organized ” esquisse of an art research “, first seminary of Sound Delta, in Nantes. The Parisian launch of this program took place on January 8th, 2010 at the House of the Human sciences Paris Nord.

REMU was selected by the experts of the Club Innov-It to present Sound Delta to investors during the Breakfast of the Innovation dedicated to the Geo-localization for nomad devices, on December 9th, 2009.

REMU has the pleasure to announce the labelling of his project Live THD Music Multicast by the pole of competitiveness Cap Digital.
Live Music Multicast has for ambition to propose a device of real-time exchange of images and sounds. This device, accessible to a very wide public, would allow the collaborative creation, the musical education, Master’s degree class remote and the broadcasting of simultaneous concerts / performances and multi-sources.
The project will allow the creation of new practices and new sociability by the capacity to interpret in common, through the network, sound creations in a private way or widely accessible (in partnership with Paris mix - Paris Capitale of the Musics of the World).
